We are now seeking a QA Technologist to join our team - someone who shares our passion for product excellence and attention to detail.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Design and Brand Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every garment meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. You'll bring technical expertise and construction knowledge to support the design vision, working closely with the product team to manage tech packs and specifications. From fit and workmanship through to overall finish, you'll make sure our garments not only look exceptional—but feel incredible to wear.
Key Responsibilities
- Create tech packs from sketch and design handover, turning concepts into production-ready garments.
- Manage fit sessions, refining garments to deliver the perfect fit.
- Manage and update tech packs, garment specifications, and bulk spec gradings from handover through to pre-production approval.
- Ensure consistency in sizing, fit, and construction across all collections.
- Measure, evaluate, and review samples to confirm they meet specification standards.
- Conduct final QC checks before bulk production, including wear, wash, and hang tests.
- Liaise clearly and effectively with offshore suppliers to communicate technical requirements and resolve concerns.
- Ensure timely approval of lab dips, print strike-offs, and bulk fabric quality.
- Develop and issue care instructions, labelling, and packing methods to preserve product quality.

Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of garment grading and construction
- Proficient in tech pack creation and specification management
- Solid understanding of pre-production timelines and processes
- Experience working with offshore suppliers
- Pattern making knowledge
- Previous experience in womenswear QA or garment technology
- Extensive garment compliance knowledge
- Familiarity with all garment and fabric categories
About You
• 5+ years' experience in a similar garment tech role (womenswear preferred)
• Strong technical skills in garment construction and fit across multi-product categories
• Excellent pattern-making and grading knowledge
• Confident communicator, both internally and with offshore teams
• Ability to juggle multiple styles and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability
• Skilled in Excel
• A genuine passion for quality, craftsmanship, and fit
