What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and bring our brand vision to life. Working full-time at our office located in Abbotsford, you'll drive campaigns that grow our customer base, build engagement, and elevate our brand presence. This role suits a strategic and creative marketer who loves fashion and alternative culture

About the role:

  • Lead vision and impact: Collaborate across departments to refine and promote our brand values, ensuring they shine through all seasonal campaigns.
  • Plan and develop strategy: Build and execute the annual marketing plan within budget, identify growth opportunities, and refine marketing processes.
  • Email marketing (EDMs): Plan, execute, and optimise all campaigns - including scheduling, segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Public relations and partnerships: Manage PR activity, media releases, and event activations to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Social media and content: Oversee social channels and content creation, enhancing database quality, engagement, and visual consistency.
  • Studio collaboration: Brief and coordinate the studio team for photoshoots and campaign asset delivery.
  • Analytics and reporting: Track key metrics to evaluate performance, set KPIs, and report on ROI.
  • Trend and competitor analysis: Stay ahead by monitoring market trends, consumer behaviour, and upcoming events or opportunities.

About you:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in marketing (retail or fashion preferred).
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven project management skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, EDMs).
  • A strategic and creative mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • A passion for fashion, culture, and customer connection.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
