About Us:

Sass Clothing is a leading retailer in contemporary women's fashion, proudly encompassing three distinct brands: Fate + Becker, Betty Basics, and Sass. With a strong wholesale channel & three thriving online stores we are looking for a dynamic and confident customer service extraordinaire to join our team.

Role Overview:

You will be the primary point of contact for all wholesale & online enquiries and concerns along with supporting the wholesale team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless communication between the company and our wholesale partners. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of our wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with wholesale clients & online customers to address enquiries, process credits & returns, locate missing deliveries,  and address customers needs promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in managing and processing major wholesale orders from start to finish.
  • Assist in organising and attending trade shows and wholesale events.
  • Help manage samples for sales agents in Australia and internationally
  • Adhoc office duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of the latest trends.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
