We're team players who care deeply about our clients and about building long-term partnerships that last. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and understands the value of great service, we want you on our team.
We're on the lookout for a commercially savvy, relationship-driven Account Manager with a passion for both client success and new business development—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers beyond expectations.
In this role, you'll take ownership of key client relationships while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth. You'll be the trusted partner guiding clients through the entire journey—from pitch and proposal through to the seamless delivery of high-impact event fitouts and branded environments.

Beyond day-to-day account management, you'll also play a strategic role in shaping proposals, responding to briefs, and crafting commercially smart solutions that excite clients and win business. A background in design is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to build trust, solve problems, and translate opportunities into long-term value.
If you're a confident communicator, proactive collaborator, and natural relationship-builder with a track record in sales and account growth—we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery — from brief to execution — ensuring each job meets client expectations and Harry's quality standards.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams (design, events, ops) to translate briefs into creative, cost-effective, and executable solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Quote projects accurately, leveraging Harry's in-house products and services where possible.
- Act as the key contact between clients and our operations team, ensuring seamless communication throughout.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (Engineering, DDA, etc.) and keep projects on track for timely delivery.
