We are seeking a driven and passionate Wholesale Account Manager to become a key member in our growing team. In this role, you will:

  • Proactively manage and nurture our existing partner base to retain revenue and accelerate growth opportunities.
  • Lead the onboarding and development of new Partners, driving fresh revenue streams and expanding our reach into new markets.
  • Educate and empower partners with expert guidance on our full suite of wholesale services, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Maintain in-depth expertise of Entrust ICT's innovative products and services, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and foster strong, professional relationships with Partners by understanding their unique business needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Design and execute impactful Partner strategies and sales campaigns to consistently boost performance and achieve ambitious targets.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Good knowledge of the Australian telecommunications sector, including NBN, Internet, and VoIP/PBX solutions
  • Proven experience in account management
