The Opportunity: Commercial Account Manager / Estimator
This is an exciting and integral role combining Account Management with Estimating, focusing on the new residential build sector. You will be responsible for driving sales and nurturing long-term, profitable relationships with developers and builders.
If you are a driven individual with a proven sales track record and the ability to accurately estimate building projects, this role offers unrivalled career progression and a fantastic OTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Relationship Building: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on new home developers and builders.
- Account Management: Build and maintain lasting, influential relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Estimating: Accurately prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tenders based on architectural plans and project specifications for double-glazed products.
- Communication: Maintain excellent phone and email communication, providing outstanding customer service and technical advice.
- Market Growth: Actively contribute to Spartan Double Glazing's growth strategy in a high-demand market.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales or account management role, ideally within the building, construction, or related industry.
- Relationship Expert: Quick to build rapport and skilled at fostering strong professional relationships.
- Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Estimating Acumen: Experience or aptitude for reading plans and preparing detailed quotes/estimates.
- Driven: Highly motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
Multilingual skills are an advantage but not essential.

Exceptional Earnings: A strong base salary of $75,000 + Super, generous commission structure, plus a Fuel Card and Tolls, leading to an OTE of $160,000+.
