With gaming booming locally, this is a rare chance to launch and grow them from the ground up. We're seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead the charge, build key partnerships, and drive growth across Australia.
*What You'll Do*
Drive sales: Get our products into the hands of major retailers and distributors.
Build partnerships: Win over buyers and decision-makers, turning them into long-term champions of our brands.
Grow your team: As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to hire, lead, and develop your own sales team.
Create strategy: Uncover new revenue opportunities while maximising existing partnerships.
Stay ahead of trends: Use market insights to keep our brands front of mind.
Collaborate on campaigns: Partner with marketing to design exciting promotions that drive sales.
Represent our brands: Be the face of Bloody, A4Tech, and Redragon at trade shows and industry events.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales or business development (consumer electronics or gaming is a big plus).
- Strong network with major Australian retailers (JB Hi-Fi, EB Games, Officeworks, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
- Confident communicator and engaging presenter.
- Strategic thinker who thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment.
