Milestone IT is currently working with a valued client seeking an experienced Supply Chain Technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a major transformation program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong supply chain domain knowledge and technical experience in system integration, data flow mapping, and end-to-end process design to contribute to a high-impact project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and order management.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and QA to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Map current and future state business processes; identify improvement opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Support end-to-end system implementation including configuration, data migration, and integration with ERP, WMS, and EDI systems.
  • Conduct impact assessments, dependency mapping, and risk analysis for supply chain projects.
  • Produce high-quality documentation: process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on supply chain or logistics projects
  • Strong understanding of core supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, warehousing, and fulfilment
  • Proven experience with systems such as WMS, TMS, EDI, and ERP
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
