Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Master Data Management and Data Migration activities to be a part of a multi-year, HR and Payroll transformation program.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Technical Data Analyst working on large transformation programs with complex data sets
  • Understand MDM concepts, principles and best practices
  • Experience with MDM tools and technologies, Knowledge of data Governance frameworks and data quality management
  • The ability to analyse complex data sets, identify data quality issues and derive validations rules to improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Proficiency in data profiling and data quality assessment.
  • Strong understanding of testing and validation of MDM business rules to ensure they meet business requirements and data standards.
  • Any exposure to HCM, Payroll, SAP, HANA projects would be highly beneficial
