Your new role

As a
Technical Business Analyst
, you will be a key member of the ICT team, leading the analysis and delivery of technology solutions across a range of digital transformation initiatives. This includes working on projects involving
Microsoft Azure
and
Dynamics 365 (D365)
, where your expertise will help shape and implement scalable, secure, and user-centric systems.

This is a
12-month fixed-term
role with
hybrid working arrangements
, offering the flexibility to work from both the Melbourne CBD office and remotely.

What will you need to succeed?

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Mandatory experience
    delivering projects involving
    Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 (D365)
    .
  • Strong technical business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution documentation.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in IT and at least a few years of relevant experience.
