Our client is a well known, well established national organisation that is about to deliver a major transformation. We're seeking a hands‑on Technical Business Analyst to help design, build and cut over a new automated distribution facility that will modernise fulfilment and warehouse operations.

You will act as the bridge between operations and technology, capturing and validating requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories, and supporting testing, data migration and cutover activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Work with technical, project and supply chain teams to maintain requirements traceability through to delivery (epics, stories, tasks).
  • Produce process maps (as‑is / to‑be), BRFS and integration/data mapping documents.
  • Support test strategy, UAT coordination and defect triage.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, data migration validation and hypercare.
  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, automation and development teams to ensure alignment.

What we're looking for

  • 5-8+ years as a Business Analyst / Technical Analyst in supply chain, logistics or warehouse projects.
  • Industry experience - Logistics, FMCG, Retail - advantageous
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS/ERP integrations (Manhattan / BlueYonder experience advantageous).
  • Proven experience in cutover, testing and data migration activities.
  • Skilled with JIRA, Confluence and producing clear technical documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite across multiple locations during testing and cutover.
