Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into clear, structured technical requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze impacted systems, data transfers, and integration points across platforms.

Documentation & Agile Delivery

  • Create and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, and system impact assessments.
  • Assist in generating Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with cross-functional IT teams (architecture, development, testing, operations) to validate requirements and solution feasibility.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions and help define deployment schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact between business and IT during project execution.

Project Coordination

  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Perform data analysis to support business case development, requirement validation, and impact assessment.
  • Work with data teams to extract, transform, and interpret data from various systems.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization using data-driven insights.
  • Support reporting and dashboard creation to track KPIs and delivery metrics.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, including architecture, data flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Experience working with telecom/broadband platforms in NBN and understanding of technologies such as Fibre, HFC, Satellite, and Wireless.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile delivery tools.
  • Ability to interpret and document data mapping, system interfaces, and technical dependencies.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other query languages for data extraction and validation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Ability to work with solution architects, data engineers, and test teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
