Our Sydney office is seeking to engage a part time, in-house recruiter. Prior recruitment experience of 2-4 years within the technology field is an advantage together with in-house recruitment experience being preferred. Strong sourcing skills is a requirement.

Role:

·       
Recruitment Function
: Handling the entire recruitment spectrum of activities including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offer, background verification and handholding potential candidates. We fulfil positions solely through in-house recruitment so strong sourcing skills would be appreciated.

·       
Stakeholder Management:
Strong liaising skills to close positions at the earliest with effective stakeholder management.

·       
Background Verification:
 Strong partnering skills to liaise with agency for speedy completion of background verification.

·       
Location Requirement
: Ability to source in other locations (AU primarily) as the need arises. We're a growing organization, having locations in NZ/UK/US that have seen a steady increase in headcount to keep pace with our operations.

Requirement:

·      Strong communication skills both verbal and written

·      High level of initiative and strong problem solving skills

·      Prior experience (2+ years) sourcing/recruitment technical roles/ high volume recruitment/ fintech recruitment/ BFSI recruitment would be preferred.
