Are you looking to grow your HR experience in an supportive HR team?

Do you appreciate a flexible working environment where you can work from a fancy office in the CBD and also from home in your gym gear?

Are you tenacious, looking to learn and grow your experience in a corporate, best practice environment that focuses on employee experience, succession planning and training and development?

This is a large global organisation, but locally a SME and because of this you will get exposure to end to end HR- not reactive ER/PM and putting out fires. You will be hands on as the HR Advisor with the intention of being developed into a HR Business Partner within the first few years.

As the HR Advisor you will spend time working across;
Human Resources - advisory, onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, LMS management, organising training & development, updating/management of HR systems, WHS and HR projects.
