Bloom is a boutique HR consulting company that supports small businesses and NFPs across Australia and New Zealand with their HR needs. We offer a range of services including outsourced HR solutions, recruitment, training, career transition and coaching at all levels. We work with a range of clients across a number of sectors, primarily not-for-profits and charities within the community services sector.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer / Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting our team across all HR functions.

This role is a flexible, remote working opportunity, where you will need to be able to work autonomously whilst managing multiple checklists.

To succeed in this role you will enjoy a busy yet diverse role. You will be proactive in the operational side of HR, and someone who can juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities whilst maintaining quality standards in all operations.

You will maintain immaculate records, create position descriptions and contracts, undertake onboarding and compliance checks and be a source of assurance and support for clients and their employees.

You will support with end to end HR operations, including documenting and creating HR processes and policies. You will also supporting the talent team with end to end recruitment support as required.

Your personal style must be one that is responsive, service orientated and consultative. You must have patience, intelligence, be resourceful and want to make a difference.

Experience with Employment Hero or a similar HRIS system is highly desirable.
