**The opportunity**
We are currently on the lookout for a mature minded, organised, systems-savvy, relationship building, superstar
This is an exciting opportunity for a standout, self-motivated Uni or TAFE Undergraduate, ready to make their mark, working with a rapidly growing and industry leading HR consulting business.
You will be a second year+ student in HR and/or Business (or similar) looking to get a head-start in your career and climb to great heights well before your peers.
We are ideally after someone to work full time while you complete your studies part time, however we are also happy to negotiate some flexible hours to accommodate your studies. You will initially work 5 days in our Brookvale office, however once you have proven your ability to work autonomously in recruitment, we are also happy to consider some working from home arrangements.
**Your new role**
Working with a social and super supportive team, you will learn all aspects of recruitment as well as gaining exposure to the wider HR consulting business, providing outstanding learning and long-term growth opportunities.
Your main role will be to support the senior recruiters with graduate and general recruitment including the following key responsibilities:
- Assisting with talent acquisition activities across Australia, predominantly in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane for business graduates and other varied roles
- Regularly updating senior recruiters with status
- Utilising systems and following processes to ensure jobs and notes are updated
- Providing admin support to the recruitment team including database updates, preparing documentation and requirements for interviews, triaging inboxes and other adhoc tasks

**A bit about you**
- You are a second year+ student in a relevant HR or business-related qualification
- You’re a self-motivated individual who is seeking interesting work and prospects for further career growth in recruitment and HR
- You have a strong client focus and a real flair and passion for positive outcomes
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- You’re not afraid of systems, processes and technology and have strong attention to detail
- You’re excellent at managing your own time and schedule; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done and you certainly don’t like to put things off until later
- You have a high level of initiative, energy, and self-confidence - you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver premium client service
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
