We are looking for a full time Recruitment Coordinator based in our Brisbane office who can hit the ground running. Reporting directly to the HR Manager and liaising with other HR team members locally and globally, you would support Epic with the following:

Driving the end to end the recruitment process, including:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines.
  • Draft and post job advertisements in Workday and appropriate job boards, including the company website.
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and appropriate staff
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive and timely experience.
  • Support the execution of recruitment strategies aligned with broader organisational growth goals.
  • Engage with HR to streamline recruitment process and improve efficiency.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to help assess hiring performance and pipeline health.
  • Facilitate background checks, including medicals, reference checks and Australian work rights verifications.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters.
  • Participate in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment marketing efforts.

Provide general HR support, as required, including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining employee training records ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Contributing to the review and development of HR policies
  • Assisting with HR projects as the need arises
  • Some data entry and administrative support to the HR team
  • Some travel throughout Australia may be required as part of this role

What You Will Bring
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields preferred
  • Three to five years' experience in a similar recruitment role (or HR role with major exposure to recruitment)
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • A passion for recruitment, HR & general administration/ business support
  • An interest in staying current with the latest recruitment and human resources trends and best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to form productive working relationships with employees/ stakeholders
  • Very high proficiency in Office 365 apps, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience using Workday's recruitment platform highly regarded
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Be reliable and punctual
