Established 25 years ago, The Next Step is a recruitment consultancy dedicated to the Human Resources sector. With unrivalled industry connections and insights, we are underpinned by a true passion for what we do and a genuine care for doing it well.

As a result of internal development movements, we have an opportunity within our supportive and collaborative Sydney team for a talented individual to leverage their previous recruitment experience while embarking on a journey into the world of HR recruitment.

In your role, you will:

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various HR positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.

To be successful in this role, you will have had some previous agency recruitment experience, and be interested in a career development opportunity into the HR recruitment world. Contract/ temp/ contingent recruitment experience would be of particular interest, although we have opportunity across contract and permanent markets.
