Are you an HR generalist who loves variety, autonomy, and making a real impact?

Seed HR is on the lookout for a Full Time HR Consultant to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave cover. Work flexibly from your home office, partner with amazing clients, and deliver practical, people-first HR solutions that matter.

We are a small consulting practice offering comprehensive HR services to SME clients from a range of diverse industries and sizes. We become their outsourced partner and trusted advisor providing practical and pragmatic advice and support about all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Advise on all things HR - from recruitment to performance to compliance
  • Build trusted relationships with clients across a broad range of industries
  • Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement
  • Stay sharp on ER, awards, and legislation

What we're looking for:

  • More than 3 years Generalist HR experience and sound judgment
  • Confidence, initiative, and great communication
  • A love for learning and collaborating
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment

Location: Sydney (from home with some meetings in the Sydney Metropolitan area in person)

Duration: 12 months
