About the Role:
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and love supporting people to do their best work? Join a small, friendly national team and play a key role in supporting health professionals across Australia
As our Administration Officer, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing our member database and inbox, to supporting website updates, invoicing, and reporting - you'll make sure our members and team always have what they need.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives on balancing independent work with being part of a supportive team.
This is a part-time, temporary role with a November start date.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping our member database up to date and accurate
- Being the first point of contact for member enquiries via phone and email
- Managing member documents (like certifications and renewals)
- Supporting website updates and job listings
- Helping with invoicing and finance administration
- Creating simple member communications and social media posts
- Providing reports and admin support to the leadership team
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong admin skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable writing and editing basic content (e.g. short updates, social media content e.g. videos/posts)
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Teams (bonus points for Xero experience)
- Great communicator - written and verbal
- Super organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Someone who enjoys working independently but also loves being part of a team
