About Us

We're a locally owned security door manufacturer and installer based in Bayswater North, known for delivering high-quality, Australian-made products and exceptional service. We're looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team and help support daily operations, sales, and customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone who enjoys a mix of office administration, customer interaction, and supporting a busy team.

You'll be the go-to person for coordinating orders, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and receivable using accounting software (Xero experience highly regarded)
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Process quotes, orders, and invoices
  • Assist with scheduling installations and service calls
  • Support the sales team with pricing, follow-ups, and documentation
  • General office duties including filing, data entry, and stock coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers and trades for smooth job flow
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries

Skills & Experience

  • Proven office administration and accounts experience (required)
  • Experience in a trade, building, or manufacturing business (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and accounting systems
  • Friendly, professional manner and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work well within a small team
