We're currently on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Account Manager/Sales Representative to join our small and dedicated team based out of our Bayswater VIC branch.

About the Role

While the Bayswater office is your home base, your primary focus will be on the road, building strong relationships and driving sales across the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne.

You'll manage an established customer base, identify new business opportunities, and help expand our presence in the market. Your territory may occasionally include a regional/country run.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts
  • Visit customers regularly across your assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity and performance
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in account management or sales (preferred)
  • Cabinetmaking or joinery industry experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
  • Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Phocas is a plus
  • Current driver's Licence is essential
