In Australia we manufacture high quality conveyor belts for local and overseas customers. We strive to be the preferred supplier of conveyor belting and industrial rubber solutions & services.

Business Area Industrial Solutions APAC is building on our origins as a rubber and plastics specialist. The intelligent combination of our fluid transfer and hydraulic products with services and support offers our customers completely new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a member of the ContiTech Australia Operations Finance Team you will be supporting the Financial Accounting team during an SAP S4 rollout with a focus on the following tasks:
  • Mass fixed asset capitalization
  • Assisting with the 2025 annual audit (Interim testing in Nov 2025 and final audit in Jan 2026)
  • Assisting with financial due diligence tasks , together with global HQ team
  • Assisting with month end closing tasks (accruals, manual postings, account recon)
  • Ad-hoc tasks to backfill the others during peak time (period end, year end, S4 go live etc.)
Qualifications/Skills:
  • University degree, with major in finance or economics
  • 5 years' experience in the financial area
  • Strong technical knowledge – all aspects of financial statements
  • Current familiarity and experience in audit processes
  • Strong attention to detail, data management and communication skills
  • Hands on role – work with Continental Staff at a detailed level -  investment spendings, fix assets and operation. Ability to own the task and work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient skills on office tools (Excel, word, Power point)
  • Local AU statutory and tax exposure is a plus
  • Fixed asset management experience is a plus
