Accounts Payable Officer

About Us:

TDM Group Australia is a group of companies comprising The Drain Man (founding business), TDM Pipeline Solutions and TDM Traffic Management; the combined group of companies provide a comprehensive end to end process for our clients. We are successfully working with Government Departments, Water Authorities, Commercial, Industrial & Residential services across their drainage assets. Using the latest in technology providing our customers clarity on their asset status, this allows us to provide a precise long-term solution for our customers.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exposure to working for a group of businesses in a previous role
  • Experience with Xero software is highly desirable but not essential
  • Solid communication skills via phone and email.
  • Ability to prioritise, follow up, and manage time effectively, working autonomously with good problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Month end processes and reporting
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
