**Hours:** 9:00am – 3:00pm (3 days per week, with opportunity for additional hours)

We are a well-established boutique accounting practice seeking a well-presented and experienced Bookkeeper / Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility, stability, and a genuine work-life balance.

About the Role


• Data Entry

• Preparation and review of BAS and IAS returns

• Managing client correspondence and assisting with ATO and ASIC matters

• Providing administrative and reception support

• Assisting accountants with financial reports and client records

About You


• Well-presented, professional, and takes pride in your work

• Proficient in Xero and MYOB (experience with other accounting software an advantage)

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Able to thrive in a friendly, family-oriented, and supportive environment

Experience & Qualifications


• 3–5 years' experience in an accounting practice or similar role

• Sound understanding of bookkeeping principles and BAS preparation

• Strong client service and administrative skills
