We are a well-established and expanding Radiology group located in the Blacktown region, soon to be operating across two busy sites. We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to be a part of a growing medical imaging team, where patient service, teamwork, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and referring doctors. You will play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, while upholding the high standards of care and professionalism we are known for.

Essential Criteria
  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role (radiology or medical imaging preferred)
  • Proficiency with computer systems and office software
  • Outstanding customer service and professional phone manner
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and cultural alignment with our values
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
  • Friendly, approachable, and open to feedback
