About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Orana Medical Practice. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing warm and efficient administrative support to our patients and medical staff. This position is based in Seven Hills, NSW.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling inbound phone calls, booking appointments and managing the practice's schedule
  • Assisting patients with enquiries, forms and other administrative tasks
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is tidy and well-organised
  • Providing general clerical support to the practice team as required

What we're looking for

  • Must have experience as a medical receptionist

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities with attention to detail

  • Competency in using computer systems and Best Practice
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
