About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Orana Medical Practice. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing warm and efficient administrative support to our patients and medical staff. This position is based in Seven Hills, NSW.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling inbound phone calls, booking appointments and managing the practice's schedule
- Assisting patients with enquiries, forms and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is tidy and well-organised
- Providing general clerical support to the practice team as required
What we're looking for
- Must have experience as a medical receptionist
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong administrative and organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Competency in using computer systems and Best Practice
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
