Join to apply for the Medical Receptionist role at I-MED Radiology Network5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Medical Receptionist role at I-MED Radiology NetworkGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.About This RoleOur clinic in Narellan is currently seeking aAbout This RoleOur clinic in Narellan is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with rotating eight-hour shifts between 7:45am-5:15pm.Role Overview:As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.What we're looking for: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems in a fast-paced work environment.
