About the role

As a part-time Medical Receptionist at Mascot Medical Practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both patients and the clinical team. The suitable candidate must be available for work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  3. Handling patient inquiries and booking referrals
  4. Processing patient registrations, medical claims and payments
  5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
  6. Providing general administrative support to the practice team
