YOUR ROLE
PowerVac is seeking a dynamic Administration officer who is willing to oversee office systems, coordinate with contractors, manage the retail shop, support the sales and service teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. This is a newly created role as PowerVac is a growing business and requires committed team members to assist our customers.
- Oversee daily office & retail shop operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
Order & maintain adequate supply of stationary, amenities & other office supplies
Supervise front-of-house reception and customer service functions, ensuring follow-up
- Engage customers in the retail shop to ensure a positive & timely experience
- Manage customer, contractor and supplier inductions/onboarding
- Ensure maintenance of relevant account detail/customer queries and changes in CRM system
- Support the sales team with quoting, invoicing, order processing, and documentation
- Schedule ongoing equipment manufacturer training for the Sales & Customer Service Functions
Key Skills and attributes
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with accounting/inventory systems (e.g. MYOB, Xero, or similar)
- Great time management skills with the ability to prioritise and resolve competing demands to meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
