Are you looking to be part of a passionate, award-winning team in the world of premium wine? Dave Mullen Wines is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration & Sales Support member to join our growing business. We are looking for an energetic, self-assured person to join our office administration team in a full-time position.

Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar administrative role, some hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.

Established in 1992, Dave Mullen Wines has built a reputation as a trusted distributor of some of Australia's finest wineries, alongside an impressive international portfolio with a strong focus on Italian producers. Our commitment to quality and service has earned us industry recognition, including Wine Supplier of the Year at the 2023/2025 AHA Hospitality Supplier Awards and Best Wine Distribution Company (WA) in both 2024 and 2025 at the Australian Enterprise Awards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting our Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Processing customer orders and responding to client enquiries
  • Assisting our Sales Team with administrative support
  • Helping to organise events, wine dinners, and promotions
  • Engaging with our clients and internal team in a warm, professional, and collaborative manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in administration support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • A willingness to learn – we'll provide full training, including in our accounting software (Sybiz)
