We are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our firm.

Position Overview:

As a Client Services Administrator at Nimbus CA, you will be a vital part of our client services team. You'll manage administrative tasks, handle client inquiries, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who is looking to grow within a professional services environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing a high level of service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations for clients and team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client documents, including financial reports, tax returns, and other accounting-related materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our practice management software.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and client services teams, including filing, photocopying, ATO & ASIC management and preparing client documents
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive client experience.
  • Undertake general office duties as required to support the efficient operation of the practice

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or client services role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in using Xero, XPM and CAS 360 preferred
  • A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
