Are you an experienced administrator looking to leverage your skills and expertise in a dynamic role? Medical Training Solutions is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. This part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the professional development of healthcare providers and play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver world-class medical training.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support including course enquiries, registrations and venue bookings.
  • Collate and distribute course pre-reading material
  • Maintain online educational material
  • Prepare day-of-course setup
  • Other duties as requested..

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks as directed initially with supervision moving to general direction. Prioritise work demands and reliably meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary small team environment with minimal direction.
  • Ability to deal with confidential & sensitive information appropriately.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Commitment to excellence.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency in PC
