Administration Officer – Accounts Payable & Receivable

Blackrock Industries – Muswellbrook, NSW

Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking to grow your career in a dynamic business? Blackrock Industries is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our accounts and office operations.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end reporting
  • Working closely with the business bookkeeper to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Overseeing and supporting other admin staff to maintain high standards of service
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
About You

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping or accounts support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead and support a team
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred but not essential)
