The Role

As Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for building and leading the sales organisation across ANZ. Reporting into the COO, you'll design and execute the go-to-market strategy, lead a growing team, and drive new business across direct, channel, and partnership sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Own the commercial sales strategy across ANZ, setting clear revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs, training, and performance frameworks.
  • Introduce best-practice processes to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Partnerships & Business Development
  • Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, rideshare platforms, and ecosystem players.
  • Negotiate and secure high-value agreements to open new market channels.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product to align GTM campaigns and messaging.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention
  • Oversee customer acquisition strategies that enhance the full journey — from lead generation to long-term retention.
  • Position subscription and EV-financing solutions as market-leading value propositions.
  • Implement scalable incentive programs to motivate the sales team and drive customer growth.
  • Commercial Excellence
  • Use CRM and analytics to track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and optimise performance.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to refine sales tactics.
  • Represent the sales function as part of the executive team, aligning commercial goals with broader company objectives.

About You

We're looking for a proven
sales leader
with a track record of scaling revenue engines in high-growth environments.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of commercial sales leadership experience.
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Experience scaling sales teams in
    FinTech, SaaS, mobility, or adjacent industries
    .
  • Proven success negotiating complex, high-value deals and partnerships.
  • Expertise in building decentralised and multi-channel sales strategies.
  • A coaching leadership style that drives accountability and performance.
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong CRM and sales analytics skills.
  • Entrepreneurial resilience, able to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
