We are seeking an experienced Digital Automation Specialist who will play a critical role in optimising and automating business processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, this role focuses on implementing, managing, and maintaining automation workflows, IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and CRM integrations to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in tools like , Zapier, and , and experience with APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, and other automation technologies.

The Role

What You'll Do

Develop Automation:

  • Design, implement, and optimise automation workflows using tools like and custom API integrations.
  • Streamline repetitive processes across departments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Manage CRM:

  • Maintain and enhance CRM workflows to meet organisational needs.
  • Integrate the CRM with other software and tools to ensure seamless data flow.

Integrate API:

  • Develop and manage API integrations between various software platforms to facilitate automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.

Manage Cloud Infrastructure:

  • Manage and optimise cloud-based infrastructure using AWS or equivalent platforms.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems.

Administrate Systems:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems relevant to automation and operations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new software or platforms to enhance digital operations.

Collaborate and Support:

  • Work closely with various departments to identify automation opportunities.
  • Provide training and documentation for internal teams on new automation workflows and tools.

Monitor and Optimise:

  • Continuously monitor the performance of automation systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain system uptime and ensure quick resolution of any automation-related issues.

Experience Requirements

Completed the VCE

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or a related field

Prior Experience in a Similar Role, eg. Automation Engineer, Digital Transformation Specialist, Systems Analyst (ideal)
