Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen Buildmart's brand presence, increase customer engagement, and support sales growth across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage online marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, EDMs, and Google Ads.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with sales and operations teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Analyse marketing performance data to evaluate ROI and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and industry stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the building materials, retail, or construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools will be highly regarded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
