Our client, X-golf, is an established sports entertainment franchise poised for significant growth in Australia. They are focussed on the progression of their sport through entertainment, connectivity, inspiration, community and innovation.

Based in newly fitted out premises in Mt Waverley, including an in-house bar and cafe area, if you have a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and a passion for working in a proactive work environment, this role could be for you.

Recently X-Golf launched its second major product ‘Hey Caddy’. Hey Caddy is a leading high-end mini-golf lounge experience serving up first-class thrills of delicious food, lip-smacking cocktails and good times.

They are looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer to join their fast-moving X-Golf & Hey Caddy Head Office team. You will be working under the Head of Brand, Innovation & Evolution and report to the Regional Marketing Manager. You will also create content for all aspects of the business including an expanding network of franchisees.

**The Role**
- Assist with the strategy, planning, implementation and reporting of SEO and performance-based activity
- Responsible for the success of both Hey Caddy and X-Golf campaigns
- Provide SEO recommendations on all copy by improving content, suggesting new content, providing keyword insights and more to ensure it is delivering for SEO
- Lead and deliver on PPC client campaigns, advising on best practice and structure and providing insight in meetings.
- Work through the whole process from audit to execution you will improve rankings, increase traffic and visibility and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Assist in crafting the strategy and laying the foundation for organic content to be amplified with paid ads. You will take a hands-on approach to implementation to ensure campaigns stay on track. When tracking on-going performance, you will offer observations, insights, optimisations and recommendations.
- Take responsibility across all three disciplines (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads) and be confident in trading, planning, setting up, execution and optimisation of all campaigns
- Management of both Hey Caddy and X-Golf websites
