- Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities while being fully aware our offerings and market/competition.
- Own multiple channels of opportunity identification and qualification and leverage existing client relationships and establish new ones for additional development to proposal and close deals.
- Understand client value drivers, identify, and shape new arrangements, offer the customer unique perspectives, articulate value proposition and differentiation. Secure teaming partners when required.
- Use remote selling to identify winning strategies by understanding the client's needs and develop targets areas related to establish service solutions.
- Lead executive level client-facing sales meetings and presentations when applicable and work collaboratively in a matrix team environment to craft deals.
- Liaison with the Solutioning, Service Delivery and Recruitment team in India & UK to ensure prospect's needs are well understood and addressed in the proposed solution.
**The Successful Applicant**
- 4+ years of IT services / Software / Solutions sales or business development experience in Australia
- Successful record of closing $2M+ IT Consulting / Systems Integration deals
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
- Highly motivated and results oriented - ability to operate & deliver with mínimal supervision
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills
- Comfortable with interstate travel
- Understanding of Technical Terminologies in Web Development Industry & Methodologies
