Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible to develop and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy for LMS business in Oceania. Responsibilities
Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products for Oceania.
Responsible for lead generation and funnel creation through various marketing activities.
Liaise between Oceania commercial and regional/global marketing teams on planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns to align with business goals.
Establish LMS Oceania digital presence to boost demand generation and brand awareness.
Provide regular analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
Participate in new product launch activities and work closely with product management team to provide forecast and to define marketing materials and programs.
Working closely with the company’s Sales, Application specialists and Service teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
To plan, organize & participate in conferences, webinars, workshops, demos etc.
Identify and manage KOLs for Oceania. Maintain and enhance marketing and customer master databases.
Generate and maintain market intelligence data.
Reporting Relationships
The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director ASIA PACIFIC with an indirect line to the ANZ General Manager
**Direct reports**: Digital Marketing specialist (remote)
The marketing manager works with marketing functions (locally and regional / global) to enhance brand image and product positioning via marketing initiatives
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business administration or Marketing.
Experience in Neurosurgery, Spine Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
7 to 9 years of working experience in marketing in the Medical Device Industry or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess skills in digital marketing.
Knowledge of marketing principles.
International and intercultural sensitivity.
Personal Trait Profile
Proven ability to create market demographic & opportunity models.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to solve problems, analyse systems and data and suggest appropriate solutions.
Ability to work under pressure to meet project meet deadlines and minute attention to details.
Highly self-motivated individual.
