Marketing and Communications Designer

We are looking for a creative and meticulousMarketing and Communications Designerto help us bring our brand and products to life through impactful visuals and content across digital and print channels.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity and collaboration, we require you to bring the Gerflor brand to life through exceptional design from product launch campaigns and point of sale materials to digital and social media content.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Australasia, you will play a key role in executing Gerflor's marketing strategy, supporting product launches, and championing our visual identity across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fixed term (Maximum Term 12 months) part-time role at 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week, typically over 3 days, with the option to spread over 4 days). This role requires minimum three on-site days per week to collaborate closely with the marketing team.

What you will do:

• Design engaging POS materials, brochures, flyers, swatch covers, and sales tools.
• Support product launches and campaign rollouts across Australia and New Zealand.
• Create digital assets including social media content, reels, and EDM graphics.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and agencies to deliver brand aligned creative.
• Champion Gerflor's visual identity, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines.
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance brand storytelling through trends, influencers, and digital innovation.
• Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance.

What we are looking for:

• 3–6 years' experience in graphic design, marketing, or communications.

• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent visual storytelling and written communication skills.
• Experience creating assets across digital, print, and social channels.

Bonus points for:

• Video editing or reel creation skills
• Familiarity with digital-first design and AI creative tools
• Experience in decorative surfaces, interiors, or building materials.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.
