
Director of Revenue Management

- Develop and execute tailored revenue strategies across both brands.
- Lead weekly/bi-weekly strategy sessions with key internal stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence pricing, inventory, and channel mix.
- Drive incremental profit across rooms and ancillary revenue sources.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business plans.
- Optimise system usage and maintain data integrity in revenue and distribution platforms.
- Monitor market performance and competitive set to maintain RevPAR growth.
- Experience in revenue management for multi-property hotels (300+ rooms), ideally in an airport setting.
- Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems, IDeaS or equivalent (e.g. Duetto).
- Strong analytical and commercial skills paired with stakeholder management.
- Comfortable leading through influence across departments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and agile in responding to dynamic business needs.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
