We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Hyatt Centric Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing and overseeing revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that supports hotel business strategies across multiple properties.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel's overall revenue, maximise profit and improve performance.
  • Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management on business trends and maximising revenue for six Australian properties.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly room occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systems.
  • Providing tactical consultation on effective revenue generating processing through inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution.
  • Conducting weekly revenue meetings, presenting upcoming revenue tactics and challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in or aligned to Revenue Management or Marketing Analyst role in a hotel.
  • Tertiary qualifications related field would be highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of Revenue Management and hotel operations of similar standards.
  • Willingness to go onsite to interstate Hyatt hotels when required.
  • Possess strong organisational and analytical skills with a strategic mindset and keen attention to detail.
