Who We Are
Help us shape the future of AI powered decisioning in financial services
At Provenir, we believe that smarter decisions change everything. Our platform powers some of the most innovative banks, financial technology companies, and financial institutions across the world, enabling them to make faster, fairer, and more flexible decisions. From credit risk and fraud detection to customer onboarding and collections, we are redefining what is possible.
We are now expanding in Australia and New Zealand and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to lead this growth.
Why this role matters
This is not a typical sales position. As we expand in the region, you will be responsible for building our presence in the Australian and New Zealand market, working with some of the most exciting banks and financial technology organisations in the region. You will have the freedom to open new opportunities, shape conversations, and grow long term partnerships, supported by a global team of experts in Data Science, Solutions Consulting, and Professional Services.
You will be the trusted advisor that clients turn to when they wish to address critical challenges, whether that is preventing fraud, scaling digital onboarding, or unlocking the benefits of AI in credit decisioning.
Why join us
An opportunity to own and grow a market from the ground up supported by a proven global platform, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission aligned to a balanced base and variable structure. The role offers flexible and remote friendly working arrangements with travel for client meetings and regional collaboration, alongside the chance to work with leading banks, financial technology companies, and payment providers across Australia and New Zealand. You will be part of a company recognised globally for innovation in risk decisioning and AI, and at Provenir we value diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
What You'll Do
You will lead business development and client engagement for our Australia and New Zealand region, shaping opportunities and driving adoption of our decisioning platform. You will be at the forefront of expanding our footprint, partnering with banks, FinTechs, and financial institutions to identify challenges, frame solutions, and deliver measurable commercial value.
You will collaborate closely with Data Science, Solutions Consulting, and Professional Services to progress opportunities from first conversation through to closure, ensuring a seamless transition into delivery. This role combines market development, consultative selling, and strategic account leadership, positioning you as both a trusted advisor to clients and a growth leader for Provenir in the region.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to open doors, shape conversations, and build lasting client trust. You will be naturally consultative, commercially sharp, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders to uncover needs and co-create value propositions. Curiosity, resilience, and a strong hunter mentality will be key, complemented by the ability to navigate complex organisations and translate opportunities into structured, scalable engagements.
This is a remote role, but you must be
