How will you contribute?

As an Internal Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the sales process - managing the internal sales cycle and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. This role is an expansion of our team and is designed to strengthen customer support and sales efficiency.

You'll handle enquiries, prepare accurate quotes with an efficient turnaround, and become the first point of contact for customers, building relationships that foster loyalty and trust. You'll also maintain precise CRM records, follow up on opportunities, and manage a portfolio of accounts to deliver a seamless customer experience at every step.

Based at the Wetherill Park office in Sydney, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to directly influence customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.

What do you need?

  • 3+ years' sales experience (internal or external)
  • High computer literacy (Microsoft, Hubspot, Syspro an advantage)
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, curious, and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver with accuracy

Desired:

  • Experience selling to energy and power infrastructure sectors.
  • Knowledge of energy infrastructure, power systems, and engineered solutions.
