Join our dynamic team supporting our Sales Director with merchandising strategy, rostering, and operations. We're on the lookout for someone confident, warm, and hands‑on who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves juggling spreadsheets and pitching in to help others.

Role Overview

As a key member of our operations team, you'll:

  • Manage work rosters and appointments with confidence and precision
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for cosmetic/beauty stands and merchandising installations
  • Be the IT go-to for your merchandisers: , Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
  • Serve as a proactive assistant to the Sales Director — pitch in wherever needed
  • Show leadership, adaptability, and a solution-oriented attitude

What Makes You the Ideal Fit

  • Proven expertise in roster/appointment scheduling
  • Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, reports) and
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A personality that's confident and resourceful—and a genuinely nice person to work with
  • Experience in arranging travel highly desirable
  • Pharmacy channel experience well regarded
  • Able to assist the Sales Director with initiative, discretion, and attention to detail
