As a Stand and Merchandising Supervisor, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products reach and inspire customers to live healthier lives. Join our dynamic team supporting our Sales Director with merchandising strategy, rostering, and operations. We're on the lookout for someone confident, warm, and hands‑on who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves juggling spreadsheets and pitching in to help others.

Role Overview

As a key member of our operations team, you'll:

  • Manage work rosters and appointments with confidence and precision
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for cosmetic/beauty stands and merchandising installations
  • Be the IT go-to for your merchandisers: , Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
  • Serve as a proactive assistant to the Sales Director — pitch in wherever needed
  • Show leadership, adaptability, and a solution-oriented attitude

What Makes You the Ideal Fit

  • Proven expertise in roster/appointment scheduling
  • Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, reports) and
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A personality that's confident and resourceful—and a genuinely nice person to work with
  • Experience in arranging travel highly desirable
  • Pharmacy channel experience well regarded
  • Able to assist the Sales Director with initiative, discretion, and attention to detail
