As
Senior Sales Manager
, you will take a lead role in shaping the sales strategy, managing relationships with Sydney's top-performing channel partners, and delivering a flawless end-to-end experience for discerning high-net-worth buyers. This is more than a sales role – it's an opportunity to represent one of the most premium brands in the country and be at the forefront of an iconic project launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project sales strategy and execution for an ultra-luxury CBD development.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Sydney's most influential channel agents and prestige networks.
  • Conduct high-level sales appointments with UHNW and HNW buyers, delivering a bespoke experience.
  • Partner with marketing and development teams to align strategy, feedback, and campaign performance.
  • Oversee the customer journey from enquiry through to settlement, ensuring service excellence.

About You:

  • Strong background in luxury residential or prestige property sales, with deep Sydney market knowledge.
  • Track record of high-value apartment/project sales and working closely with channel partners.
  • Polished, sophisticated communicator with gravitas to engage with UHNW clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong influencing skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and driven to deliver results in a fast-paced luxury environment.
