Technology Service Manager
who's ready to move with purpose and lead with passion.

You will lead a team of 2 and be the driving force behind our IT Support Team, ensuring our stores, warehouses, and head office stay connected, supported, and ready to perform. Based at our HQ in Eagle Farm this is a permanent full time 5 day on site role.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and support a small but mighty IT team delivering first-class service across the business.
  • Oversee day-to-day tech operations across all sites — from POS systems and onboarding to asset management and offboarding.
  • Create seamless IT experiences that empower our retail teams to shine.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and department heads.
  • Champion process improvement, automation, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Keep our systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals — because when we move with confidence, everything else follows.

What You Will Bring

  • 5–7 years' experience in Level 2–3 IT support and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, SaaS platforms, and networking tech.
  • A passion for people — and the patience to help them thrive through tech.
  • A problem-solver's mindset with a drive for excellence.
  • Bonus points for retail or POS experience and ITIL service management know-how.
