We are looking to appoint a Service Administrator to provide support to our Brisbane Branch on a full-time basis.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Service scheduling
  • Parts procurement
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Branch Manager
  • Administering invoicing processes
  • Providing customer service of high standards

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Previous experience within a mechanical and parts environment an advantage
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Attention to detail and sound problem solving
  • Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills, with a willingness to learn Business Central
