About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee enterprise-wide transformation programs that drive operational and strategic change. This is a hands-on delivery role with strong business engagement, governance, and structure-building elements. You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are scoped, planned, and executed effectively, embedding consistent project disciplines and frameworks across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and systems projects
  • Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and controls
  • Partner with executives and business leaders to define and realise outcomes
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships to ensure quality delivery
  • Drive alignment across streams, ensuring transparency and accountability

About You

  • Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale projects or programs
  • Strong background in governance, frameworks, and delivery assurance
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all organisational levels
  • Confident managing concurrent initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Experience in technology-enabled transformation desirable
